Clinical Supervisor

VCFS is seeking Licensed Eligible Mental Health Professionals/ Licensed Eligible Professionals to conduct client assessments and face to face supervision of our Counselors.

Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of a Masters Degree in Social Work or other counseling related field – current license is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT. . .). Qualified individual must have experience conducting biopsychosocial assessments, must possess strong clinical writing and oral and communication skills. This position also requires a good knowledge of community based behavioral health principles and psychotherapeutic treatment techniques. A valid Virginia Driver’s License and no substantiated findings on the criminal history or central registry background checks are also required.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Licensed Mental Health Professionals or license-eligible will be a part of the Diagnostic Assessment Team responsible for Assessments and Initial Intakes.
• Supervise a Qualified Mental Health Professional caseload during weekly and/or monthly supervisions.
• Oversee all documentation that pertains to the clients worked with under the Qualified Mental Health Professional.
• The LMHP must provide documentation of licenses or certification for all credentials as required by the position.
